Permanent Paralegal

Job Description

As a Paralegal, you’ll work to support leading solicitors and experts on stimulating, high quality cases. You’ll be expected to provide assistance with regard to the team's clients and caseloads, including dealing with new client enquiries, drafting documents (witness statements, letters, and pleadings), legal research, speaking with clients, experts, counsel and supporting the team's business development activities/events.

Working within the team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with leading individuals on landmark cases and will be supported by them to further your knowledge of Employment law. Previous paralegal experience is essential and ideally you'll also have at least one year's Employment law experience.  You must also be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in Employment.

As we pride ourselves on excellent client care, you will be an exceptional communicator with the ability to work with sometimes vulnerable clients as well as collaboratively as part of a team. Given the nature of the role, you'll communicate with tact, sensitivity and professionalism at all times.

You'll need to be able to strike the balance between working quickly and efficiently but also remembering the client is at the heart of everything you do. If you are caring and ambitious, driven and compassionate, we'd love to hear from you.
