The team

Our Government and Infrastructure team specialise in planning, regulatory and public law, with a particular emphasis on nationally significant infrastructure planning. We work on some of the largest and most significant infrastructure projects in the UK. We also advise public sector bodies on a variety of public and parliamentary law issues and there are four Roll A Parliamentary Agents within the department.

The opportunity

We are currently recruiting a Paralegal to provide support on a number of large, nationally significant infrastructure projects.  

This is an excellent opportunity to get legal work experience in a unique area of property law and you will be actively contributing to some exciting infrastructure projects.   

Working closely alongside the associates, paralegals in the team are responsible for:

  • Land registry and local legislation searches

  • Legal research

  • Reviewing land referencing documents

  • Dealing with and responding to client queries

  • Providing general support to the team

Who we are looking for

We are looking for candidates who have completed their LPC, preferably with advanced commercial property as one of their electives, or paralegals who have experience of working on commercial property matters.

Most importantly you will need to be able to pick things up quickly, be well organised and work efficiently while maintaining good attention to detail. As you will be part of the larger project team, good communication and team work are important skills for these roles.
