The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on 25th May 2018 and imposed strict guidelines on data protection for businesses. TalkTalk’s approach to GDPR is typically collaborative, passionate, personal and innovative. 
As a paralegal supporting the GDPR programme within the Legal function your role will be cross-functional: working alongside and reporting into the Legal Team, but closely supporting the GDPR project team and establishing yourself as the “go to” person in relation to third party suppliers. In this role you will be managing the administration for the 3rd Party Supplier GDPR Project. This will involve coordinating, liaising and corresponding with people inside every area of the TalkTalk Group and with its third party suppliers; tracking and collating all responses, and orchestrating all follow-up actions.

What do I need in order to deliver this role?

Must have:

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel
  • Law Degree
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Presentation skills

  • Previous administrative or data entry experience
