Job Description

This is a superb opportunity for you to gain an insight into Banking and Finance law and develop your skills and expertise within a supportive team. The role on offer presents the opportunity to work closely with the senior partner to gain exposure and experience in the area of Banking and Finance.

You’ll join a team that advises lenders and borrowers on all aspects of banking and finance including corporate mergers and acquisitions, real estate finance as well as restructuring and asset based lending.

You’ll be ambitious and driven and work to build up your caseload over time as your experience within the team grows. We’d like you to have strong attention to detail to ensure that you are confident drafting banking documentation as well as being able to work on your own initiative; undertaking legal research, company searches and Companies House registrations. You’ll also assist with preparation of bibles of documents and also with any post-completion formalities including transaction information records.

Given the nature of the role, it’s essential that you enjoy working in fast-paced environment, are proactive and adaptable at all times. You’ll be passionate about client-care, be able to communicate exceptionally at all levels and enjoy working as part of a team.
