Job Description


  • To undertake file closure and archiving when required.
  • To deal with administrative requirements in relation to files for all members of the team.
  • To deal accurately with filing - storage and retrieval of client files in line with the department's filing system and locating missing files.
  • To adopt a proactive approach at all times.
  • Returning files and paper work relating to the return.
  • To contribute to the provision of the teams working practices and systems.
  • To use the photocopying equipment to achieve copies of the correct standard in line with the firm's and department's requirements.
  • Faxing and printing e-mailed documents.
  • General administrative and selective tasks 
    To ensure the confidentiality and security of all practice and client's documentation and/or information.
  • To operate the Firm’s quality procedures and information security systems as specified in the current edition of the Quality Procedures.
  • To undertake any specific training courses as identified by the HR department.
  • To create and maintain professional relationships with clients and other staff.
  • To operate safely in the work place.
  •  To respond to clients specific requests for information on services and inform clients about available services.
  • To undertake any other duties which from time to time may be allocated.
  • To maintain the high standard of service offered to the Firm's existing clients and to assist in creating and developing the professional reputation of the department and Firm.
  • To be subject to varying degrees of supervision on a day to day basis liaising with the departmental manager and other partners on a regular basis. To work on own initiative.
